It has transformed the magic of its boutique environments in Modena into a special restaurant, managed by the gastronomic talent of Stefano Brandoli. In this totally innovative format, there will be hours of day and night, when the excellence of Italian food, with its finest ingredients, meets the poetic and disruptive world of Art Perfumery. The collaboration between Avery Perfume Gallery & Vicolo8 focuses on a new concept driven by synergy and the desire for innovation, between companies that do not stop and that focus on tomorrow and in the hope of revenge of Art, Senses and Talents, on human miseries.
Multisensory culture and tastings that smell of life
Avery and Vicolo8 become an emotional crossroads of flavors and smells, hosting in a 'Taylor Made' format that is an international reinterpretation of cuisine for the most demanding palates, in a city already cradle of Art, Music and excellent Gastronomy. In the time slot involving this collaboration, ‘La Galleria’ and ‘La Sala della Bellezza’ of the Avery boutique will host the customers in a refined and comfortable setting, offering special gastronomic tastings by the chef Stefano Brandoli where the perfume becomes the synergistic protagonist. The experience will be concluded by Michele Mignone, the Avery fragrance sommelier who will illustrate the preciousness and the differences between flavor and taste, proving how smell is the first sense with which you taste a dish and then accompany guests on an olfactory journey with unexpected implications. A multisensory experience accompanied sometimes by pleasant live music in the background.
